Just ordered the package based on Demon's list. After looking at the washer from the bottom, I was thinking if it will scrape off the paint on certain areas. Has anyone tried using rubber washer under the stainless washers?

They are "sharp" edges, but any metal-on-metal contact is going to cause that. Unless things (fenders) are moving around, there shouldn't be any issues. A rubber washer wouldn't be a terrible idea though

I've also gone through and edited the lengths of everything. 25mm works fine for those of you who ordered this kit (I'm not planning on changing my stuff out any time soon), but the lengths now are the same as the stock bolt lengths

Hah! I knew someone would hate it but like I said, I have no plans to change mine up as the 25mm length doesn't interfere with anything

I got around to putting mine on today only issue I have is the outer headlight bolt at the fender doesn't seem like it wants to go in at all so I left the stock bolts on.

Yea, those are threaded differently. Most people just force them into the plastic that's there and "rethread" them (i did)

I upgraded I had no winter projects and decided to design some washers and have them CNC'd, anodized, and laser-etched. Turned out pretty good

Those look like garbage. Would never run those on my car.

Full disclosure: I picked up my set (in silver) a few weeks back, they should go on the car next weekend and i'll post up pics.
