I have a evo 8 with a complete Megan exhaust system I was going to be picking up a jdm rear bumper next week or so I was wondering do I need to Modify the exhaust to fit the Jdm rear bumper in anyway? Has someone done this before or have pics with jdm rear and Megan exhaust? Pics&input would really help before I go ahead and pick one up. Lmk Thanks

But I looked thru only one post with Megan exhaust but no input whether its need to be Modified or not to fit jdm rear.

i have a megan exhaust running into an exotica muffler with a jdm rear and i did not need to modify the piping but iu do not have the megan muffler

 

If your exhaust fits flush with you USDM rear the yes you will need to mod you exhaust by a few inches for the Jdm. Also if you don't know your rear crash beam will nee to be moded, removed to or just buy one that fit the Jdm rear if you don't know aleady.
