How to redo carbon fiber on spoiler?

So my buddies Evo has the common carbon fiber fade on the spoiler. Doesn't bother him much but it just looks bad. What's the best way to fix the fading? Don't need something expensive. Maybe a carbon fiber strip/piece to go on top?

If anyone has any ideas, let me know! Thanks in advance!

the carbon fiber itself is still good. All you need to do is sand down the old clear coat and have the wing re-cleared. I may do a how-to video on this soon...
