cigarrete lighter power

can anyone please tell me which power cable is the power on the cigarrette lighter? i took off the center thing where the shifter is and have access to the wires under the cigarrette ligher. There are 4 wires for the lighter. 2 of them is for the cigarrette lighter's light bulb. the other 2 goes into the cigarrette lighter itself. (one black and one brown). I am trying to tap into the power one for my boost gauge. which one is the power one?

My lighter hasn't lit up for years, does anyone know the bulb size or how to replace it?

bring it into autozone and they will have it. I replaced both of mine in the lighter and the ash tray
