Is the only difference between the '03-05 and '06 trans harnesses the plug? As in could i just cut the plugs off both ends and use a WeatherPak connector instead of scouring the internet for an '06 harness?

I believe that is the only difference. I got my 5 speed harness from stm just in case you want to new.
