Trunk pop solenoid install pictures
Hopefully these pics will help if your looking to install a remote trunk pop in your car. Sorry for the bad quality on pic #3 my camera won't focus that closely.

Wiring detals:
I found that there were already 2 wires nearby there, so I chose the green wire with the silver dots to use as the + trigger and then I grounded the other terminal of the solenoid to the trunk lid itself. The green wire runs up to the driver's side kick panel I cut it there and spliced in my trunk pop release output from my alarm at that point. A relay may or may not be needed for your particular install. Good Luck!
