Year 2000 boost controller?

Hey,
does anyone recognize this boost controller/gauge?

I imported the car from Japan last year and I’m trying to sort out tuning.

I’m on the west coast of Canada so our fuel is garbage. I’ll be putting the car on a dyno soon but I’d like to know a little about the gauge before then.
