can you get me the bulbs for the inside dome light and overhead reading light of my wife's 2010 Camry V6 SE, i would like to get these in the HID light blue color.

I have VIII w/ factory HID but I find them dull in brightness even w/ fogs on.
Would replacing the bulbs help?
Or
Should I replace the factory HID with aftermarket 55w HID?
Please let me know if you can help...thx
