lame. not even looking forward to these bulbs anymore... no response no product. this company fails.

Strange.

I sent them my bulbs back and received my refund almost immediately.

instead of whining here on evom why dont you call paypal or the credit card company or bank that you used your money should b refunded right away. oh by the way i ordered from them last month and everything went great quick shipping n excellent product

hmm lookin at the replies looks like these guys are hit or miss.
guess ill take a chance and order a pair for my X since $40 isnt much

Make sure you tell them which bulbs you want, do some research it'll save you on shipping costs due to returns.

I ordered reverse LEDs and they sent me 912 bulbs in stead of 7440s.

Yes, once we receive the bulbs we will either ship out the exchange bulbs or refund ASAP.

Yes that was the biggest mistake we ever made for the first shipment
The guy pack all the evo orders in 912 instead of 7440 thats why you guys receive those at that time but anyways it will not happen again

Ya you said you sent it month ago, well prove it. If you have the prove that its delivered here and we did not receive it, we will still send you the new pair.

Everyone can claim that they send it but who know if they really did or not? this is why there is "tracking number" and "paypal" to protect both buyer and seller. or else everyone will do the same thing claim they send it and asking for the exchange/refund then all the company will be bankruptcy.

You only purchase a pair of CREE LED that worth $40 not $40k. There is no reason for me to spent $200 to be the vendor here and try to screw you over and run away with your $40.
