We offer a one year warranty period for our JLC Lighting Made CREE LED Reverse light bulbs if they are used for the sole purpose of Reverse Lights ONLY! Any other uses will VOID WARRANTY (such as parking lights, DRL Lights)
For the CREE LED DRL/Parking Lights, we have another application, please PM us for more info on the product.
Please Note: Different housings will produce a different output of these bulbs. These bulbs are to be used only for the Reverse/Back Up Lights ONLY, all other uses will void warranty and replacement policies. As LED bulbs are quite sensitive, to minimize chances of breaking the product(s) do not over apply pressure, and wipe off all oil from surface of the bulbs when installing .

I would give these guys a 7.5/10 rating. Not the worst business out there, but just a few things I noticed were a bit sloppy in my opinion.
I placed an order with them two weeks ago and they just flat out forgot my reverse lights.
I will say that in their defense, they did finally ship my lights to me. I haven't checked to see if they fit though...
Also, one of the cabin LEDs they sent me was pretty dirty for "new".
Tell your guy in shipping and receiving to go wash his hands.
So, they are trying to make things right as a business.

Everything we have are guaranteed brand new. It is probably because the guy who packed the packages had dirty hand.
We will go ahead and send you another pair of LED. if you dont feel right about that "dirty" one. we can send you another extra bulb to make you feel better and just send the old one back to us once you receive everything.

We had a show car last weekend so we were closed since last Friday 
We will solve this problem ASAP

I should have just went with superbrightleds.com for all of my LEDs. This has been way too much hassle in my opinion, especially for a $43 transaction.
I paid $15 for two non-CREE LEDs from JLC Lighting, when here they are $4 each:
