This kit will not cause any flickering or power up issues where one side is on and the other side is not. no additional decoder / capacitors / resistors / relay harness needed! Our ballasts have been consistently tested to only have a failure rate of only 0.03%. This is a great Plug and Play kit that will not give you any headaches.

Please Note:
As HIDs are quite sensitive, to minimize chances of breaking the product(s) do not over apply pressure, and wipe off all oil from surface of the HID bulbs when installing.
