gsc s1 cams for mivec

I notice you say it will work well with stock springs. Do you recommend a spring upgrade for these?

Can you tell me what is the Effective Duration @ 1mm (or 0.05 inches) for the S1 cams? You can PM me if you want. I need this info to make my decisions. Thanks in advance.

Nevermind, found it on the web.
Cams designed for a rev range of 3000-8000rpms,
work well on the stock valve springs.
300-450whp camshaft.
Idle is slightly ruffer than stock.

S1 Specs.

6008S1-------ADV Duration------Duration @ 1mm ----------Peak Lift------------CenterLine
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Intake------------268-------------------216----------------------11.00 mm-------------107
Exhaust----------268-------------------220----------------------10.50 mm-------------113

These are just a little more aggresive than the HKS 272. Looking good!!
