Cosworth High Performance Engine assemblies are the perfect basis for your high performance application. Each version has gone through countless hours of engineering and evaluation to determine the best combination of parts and build specification, ensuring maximum reliable performance. Each Cosworth High Performance Engine assembly starts with all new select components as the foundation of the performance build. Every block is thoroughly inspected before the cylinders are honed to perfection. We then balance the rotating assembly that includes new Cosworth Billet crank along with Cosworth Forged connecting rods, Cosworth tri-metal bearings and Cosworth Forged Pistons. The motorsport grade parts are then professionally assembled by expert engine builders in the Cosworth engine assembly facility. Each High Performance Engine Assembly includes a complete specification sheet listing all critical dimensions along with a serialized plaque. Combine with one of our CNC ported Big Valve Cylinder Heads and Camshaft sets for additional performance.
The Cosworth 4G63 2.2L stroker engine combines the perfect bore to stroke ratio, yielding potentially big gains in torque while still allowing the engine to rotate and produce power in the higher rpm range.

MIVEC Ported Big Valve Heads
Cosworth CNC ported cylinder heads feature dyno tested and flow bench proven ports, engineered for maximum real world power. Each new cylinder head is ported on a 5 axis machine to ensure consistency and perfect port shape every time. Additionally, larger intake (+1mm) and exhaust valves (+1mm) are utilized to help increase flow. Cosworth CNC ported Big Valve cylinder heads come complete with a performance valve job, hi rev (max 10,500rpm) valve springs with titanium retainers and are ready to install. Perfect for big turbo applications. A flow chart for the modified head is available by downloading the technical document on the left. Combine with Cosworth Camshafts for EVO IX for maximum relaible power.

Cosworth 2.2L Stroker Kit
The Cosworth stroker kit the perfect way to add torque and power to your EVO. Designed to install into the original block, all components clear balance shafts and piston squirt jets.

85mm or 86mm Pistons
The piston is one of the most important components within the engine. It can be subjected to directional change up to 285 times every second and must withstand acceleration forces of 8500g. Cosworth high performance forged pistons are designed and engineered to withstand this type of punishment and still perform. All Cosworth pistons are manufactured using the same methods as our Formula One pistons and include features such anti scuff skirt coating, ulta-strong pins, polished top and patented anti-detonation bands. Additionally, each application uses a unique forging to minimize weight and ensure the strongest possible piston design

High Performance Valve Spring/Titanium Retainer Kit
Valve springs are one of the most stressed components within the engine. The springs can cycle thousands of times per hour. When high performance camshafts, with their longer duration and higher lift, are installed the stress can be increased even further. Cosworth valve springs are designed to control the valve under these demanding conditions and are wound from high quality steel with chamfered ends to reduce wear on valve train components. Designed to be used with original retainers with no machining required. These are the perfect compliment to our range of high performance camshafts with increased seat pressure ensuring maximum performance and durability.

Evo 8 M1 and M2 Camshafts
Cosworth camshafts are ground on NEW chill cast cores to the highest standards. Each cam profile is carefully designed to maximize performance across the entire power band, producing strong power gains throughout. Prices includes two camshafts

MIVEC Camshafts
Ground from new forged billets, our MIVEC specific camshaft set for the Mitsubishi Evolution IX, has been engineered to increase power throughout the power band. These cams are sold in matching, engineered sets and are fully compatible with the MIVEC system. For maximum performance, improved valve train is recommended. Duration: 272 Degrees Lift: 11.0mm

Cosworth Crankscraper
The Cosworth 4G63 Crankscraper is engineered to reduce parasitic drag on the crankshaft caused by oil accumulation that surrounds the crankshaft during rotation. This oil buildup causes additional drag and can reduce power output. Additionally, overall oil control is improved by keeping oil in the sump. Especially useful in high rpm and race applications. Mounts to main bearing girdle.

Cosworth Head Gasket
Cosworth High Performance multi-layer steel head gaskets are designed to seal in power under the most demanding conditions. Each gasket is carefully engineered.
