Keep in mind, when using a 2.0 head on these, it requires proper cam degreeing with the added deck height of the block, so adjustable cam gears will be needed. Can you elaborate on what type of prepping you do to the blocks? what rings and wrist pins are used in these builds, are they balanced and blueprinted motors and do the motors come fully assembled with a build sheet?

 

Prepping involves all cleaning, bored/honed with a torque plate, deck surface finished as smooth as a babys bottom.

Wrist pins and rings are determined only by what piston the customer chooses (because they come with them), in this case its the manley pistons, rings, and pins.

They are balanced within spec, but if yo wanted them fully balanced (entire rotating assembly) its an extra $150 bucks.

I can send a copy of the full build sheet with every engine.
