Out of curiosity, why does STM have an email address and a phone? Seems like a waste considering that you don't return emails or answer the phone. The ironic thing is I had absolutely zero issues getting in contact with someone from the company before I gave you my debit card number and you took the money out of my account. Since then, 2 months ago, I haven't gotten any replies to several emails and no answer on the phone for 2 weeks straight calling EVERY SINGLE DAY.

I would really like to know when you're calling every single day, out of curiosity, because you're not being ignored.
Also, out of curiosity, how would I know the difference between a phone call with a customer looking to purchase something versus a customer wondering about his/her order?
Also, I would love to know your name so I can look for any emails you've sent to my email address, see which ones I've failed to respond to.
