I just wanted to give you guys an idea on the great customer service from Heru. I had a small issue with my lip, emailed Heru pictures of the issue, and he is sending me out a new lip.
That is what I call GREAT customer service.
I didn't have to go through the BS that a lot of OTHER vendors try to pull. He acknowledged the problem and is resolving it.
Thanks Heru for handling this so quick. You will have my business again very soon.
