Do you know if it will clear the shearer manifold? Do you have any pictures of it side by side the stock rubber hose so I can get an idea of how much room it will give me. I would also be interested in black 90's as well. Thanks.

 

Here is a pic with an older Shearer/ Turbotrix manifold. I will try to get the black couplers soon. I have ones with blue couplers ready to ship.

Im looking at the pic you posted and I see that the piping closest to the header that would get the most heat and abuse is still hose and not steel pipe.
