CF boot installation

Here are some pics of the install of the CF shift boot
The shifter/console trim panel proved to be the most difficult part due to the EDFC location. If that was installed elsewhere, I could have completed this in 5 min flat.

This is how well the boot matched the CF hood.

I took these with my phone but will post better pics of the installed part tomorrow.

Thank you so much Jerry for installing my shifter boot, sorry about the EDFC being in the way , I'll be seeing it in person soon enough though... For those that want to see it in person installed, I will be at THE OFFICIAL 2008 Southeast Regional DSM/EVO Meet where you can see it there...

Guys, I have to bump this up! I saw the shift boot installed in person and it looks bad ***!!! I'm so damn happy with it, I bought the AMS shifter ball to go with it.

I'm planning on wrapping the Orbital double din kit in CF also. That shift boot is just awesome as hell!! I highly recommend it! The install was stupid easy!!!

I most certainly will!!!!

Excuse the mess in my car, I got tons of new parts going on so it's trashed. believe me I will show you guys a picture without a piece of lint in it, but for now, it's being put back together, so here's a comparison of what that shifter boot will look like with the Rexpeed Carbon Fiber Guage Cluster. The AMS shifter boot gets to me on Monday, so I hope to have those photo's by Wednesday

In person that thing just looks plan bad ***!!!

Ah man....appreciate the pictures Rico! Thanks for the help.

Also, I'm current SOLD OUT of the 5mt shift boots. I have 6mt's left. If I can get a show of hands to see who else is interested, this way we won't have to wait so long to get these boots back in stock for all of you.

Thanks folks!
