You do not need the gauges but you do need the sensors and the Control Link II (or Control Link).

 

you have the AEM unit, check this out. www.gauge-tech.com, I would still recommend something for boost, egt, etc. with a warning function as well.

 

Wow wouldnt it be great if they had this reading boost/water temp/air fuel/ect

No, the body kit won't be here until april now. Hope I can make it to the meet in St. Louis. I am still thinking of a something for EGT and Boost with warning features along with the EMS digital dash that ships out on Thursday.

 

BaLListic_EVO - The VSD can't read the boost or Air Fuel. The only functions that can be display are the oil, water temp. , oil, fuel pressure., and exhaurst Temp other than speed and engine speed.

DEFI use to have the boost VSD, but those are end of sale product.

ytsejam - yup, all the necessary hardware are included if you want just the basic setup.

Kcevo- The best one to get out there are the DEFI gauge, those have the warning feature and you can hook it up w/ the VSD Concept.
