Does this come with all the hardware including the caps for the boost lines?

Whats the boost adjustability with the ceramic vs steel ball? which one does this have?

Yes comes with hardware and instructions. The ceramic ball is used for low pressure turbos like the WRX uses. The Steel ball works best on the evo. These are the pro kits with steel ball bearing.
