help me out here im trying to understand this..for the transmission and the rear diff uses the same fluids75w-85w.. but the transfer case uses a different kind of fluids sae90. is that correct. better yet what fliuds do i need for changing all of them...im confused..
The xfer case and rear diff both use the Diaqueen GLS listed above
The transmission uses a GL-4 oil. I just replaced all my fluids using factory oils.
So in short, you'll need 1+ quart of SEA90 for the transfer case and rear diff, and 3 quarts of GL-4 (synchroshift, synchromesh etc for the transmission.
The How-to on Evo Moto's site is excellent. I had access to a lift, so I filled all my fliuds from the bottom.

Are those the only 3 fluids that need changing besides the engine oil? I thought there was a ACD fluid too on the 05's....
