Nisei Engineering Intercooler Pipe Kit RELEASE!!!

That's right everyone! The long awaited pipe kits will be shipping tuesday/weds of next week!! Since there's a HUGE demand for these, we're taking $100 deposits to secure your position in the first batch, which will consist of about 20 - 25 kits.

For those who haven't been following along in the development of the kit, here are some details below:
  • Pipes made of 6061 Aluminum, mandrel bent for the shortest possible distance.
  • Piping consists of all intercooler piping on both hot and cold sides.
  • Kit includes super strong multi-layer silicone couplers and t-bolt hose clamps.
  • Entire kit, including all hardware, clamps and couplers weighed in at 4.3lbs!
  • Kit works flawlessly with the stock intercooler or the acclaimed Nisei FMIC.
  • Pipe kit requires the use of a mini battery kit or trunk relocation!
  • Option will be available for a bung pre-welded on for the EMS Air Intake Temp sensor.
  • Works with the stock blow off valve or any valve that works in the stock location or you can request a specific flange welded on the kit for use with your favorite BOV.
  • Fully compatible with the stock airbox!
The price for the kits will be $480 including all hardware and everything you need to get it in your Evo! For the first batch i'll be paying for your shipping in gratitude for being so patient during the creation process. Kevin told me for those who pre-order may get a discount, I will ask him about this next week as well.

Color choices available are polished, Nisei black, and the stealth "raw" aluminum finish with clear anodizing (for those that want the stock look). More details on raw will be available next week along with photos.

You can place your deposit at myevostore.com using the following link...

It does work with the locations on the stock FMIC if you are to use the stock 45 degree couplers. So if you have an aftermarket intercooler that works with the stock intercooler piping, this pipe kit should fit.

At this time, at least for the first and second run probably, we aren't selling the pipes individually. Once the demand has been met and we aren't swamped with orders we'll likely be releasing the pipes individually.

I like the fact that the pipes actually bolt up to the frame of the car like the stockers. I didn't like the idea of using aftermarket ic pipes that would just kinda flop around... And they do.

As long as the intake manifold preserves the positioning of the throttle body inlet, it should create no problem. From experience though, sheet metal intake manifolds sit super low compared to stock since they shoot straight out of the head instead of curving upward. You will probably want to ask Marco at Magnus.
