i am guessing these are cermic metalic? does cusco have the carbon carbon ones?

they are a carbon/metal blend on the disks. Cusco does not offer a carbon/carbon for the Evo, though we can offer those from Exedy or ATS

Hi Adam, quick question for you:

These come with a flywheel, right? Which means I will be using the cusco provided one instead of my stock, correct?

yep it comes with an integrated chromoly flywheel - old clutch and flywheel come out, Cusco setup goes in
