Can I add this without the cat-back system? I am guessing it would require me keeping the stock cat too. I hear that the down pipe is the most restricting part of the exhaust. Thanks for the info... I am interested in buying one.

Yes, you can add just this downpipe but the downpipe is not the most restrictive part of your exhaust system.

The 3" turbo back is not our brand, neither is the 2.5" downpipe, the 3" exhaust is a complete turbo back.

There is a turbo back for the EVO and Subaru's on our website.

Thanks 4 the info... so is it only worth it to go with the complete turbo back? I was looking at getting the Buschur Racing Evolution 3" Turboback Exhaust w/Magnaflow & HFC when I have the funds.

I would say your money is best spent doing a turbo back exhaust for the car.
