Guys,

I am looking for a shop that can custom make mandrel bent pipe here in VA. I can’t seem to find anyone around here. I want it made out of SS or aluminum. I do have the original pipe but mine is heavy and not mandrel bent. I live in Fairfax and I am wiling to drive up to 100 miles.

Call up a place called Mach V & Ultimate performace in Sterling virginia its close to dulles airport. They are two companies in one shop there web sites are http://www.ultimatedc.com/ & www.machv.com. They specialize in custome exhaust.

Thank you very much. I was there today and these guys are top top notch in customer service. Jeff drove my car and he was a QM race champion in NOPI last year and he scared the crap out of me... Really good driver.

I am too busy now but I will be back to post the whole story....

I guess it's too late now, but Mitch Piper in Manassas does top notch work for very reasonable prices. He works in Al, Ti, SS, etc. and can weld all of them too.

 

Yeah... sounds like you're good to go, but Whitey's Auto in Chantilly made a custom exhaust for my old car. They also retrofitted a new O2 housing on my Buschur so I could hook up tuning equipment...

 

Well, all I wanted done is welding an aluminum pipe. Their weld was sooo good you wont even believe it. They are very fair with their prices and very polite
