JDM EVO 9 20G TURBOCHARGER 450HP that will work on a 03 evo with the magan racing manifold and O2 housing and ams downpipe and does it come with all the stuff to bolt it on

It does come with everything needed to bolt up to an evo 8 when you purchase the turbo with the evo 8 to 9 turbo install kit.

i have an evo 8 with injen intake and burscher racing exhaust well the gt 3071 kit work with my catback and my cold air intake????

I don't believe the injen intake will work, the cat back should be fine though because this turbo kit is designed to be a direct bolt on for the stock manifold.

You would probably see it within about 4 days of shipping. Right now that turbo is out of stock so it will need to be ordered first.
