Do you guys have a version that would fit the stock battery? If so I would be all over it!

We definitely do. It looks a bit different but fits the stock battery without using a 90 degree silicone coupler off the TB. Ours uses a tight 90 degree stainless bend right off the TB. Below is a pic of Charlie's 05 Evo that has our UICP on it:

How much would you charge for that assuming stock bov flange. Would that replace the whole piece all the way too the intercooler or just the top portion? I can't believe I haven't seen this sooner.

Its replaces the whole pipe to the intercooler.

I can make it either way. If you just want to replace the top portion then the pipe is $250 as it has a few extra bends in it to clear the rad hose and meet the lower portion of the stock pipe. That pipe comes flanged already for the stock BOV/forge/etc. The car with the black valve cover above has a stock BOV and lower portion of the UICP. It was a bit tricky getting his pipe to worki with the Magnus intake and stock battery but we got it to work. On a car with the stock intake the pipe would just run straight past the battery and then have a tight 90 degree bend going directly into the TB.

Okay my setup is stock battery, stock intake manifold, stock intake tube, and an ARC intake (which I would remove if it had fitment issues and replace it with a perrin). What would be the price differences from just the upper piece vs having the whole uicp to the intercooler?

Also just curious what intercooler is that above on the red car in the 3rd picture down on your first post?

Not sure about the IC on the Red car. Vin might remember which IC he had, maybe he can chime in. The upper piece that we make is $225 and it fits with the stock battery, stock BOV tube, and stock airbox/tube.
