This looks like it retains the OEM donut gasket, is that correct? Also, are the flanges stainless as well?

JustDSM - It retains the OEM donut gasket, the flanges are thick mild steel. This will bolt up to most aftermarket downpipes such as Helix, RMR, Etc.

Thanks to everybody who has placed an order for these

Thanks
Justin

Shahul X - We highly suggest running this housing with a downpipe & cat-back exhaust for the most gains

Is the opening of the O2 housing 3"? In other words, this can only bolt up correctly to a 3" downpipe with a true 3" opening to the O2 housing, right?

What advantages does this O2 housing have over the stock one, besides maybe weight? I haven't exactly taken a look at the stock one so I don't really know what it looks like, but I'm assuming that this one flows better somehow?

Hey Guys,

The inner diamter is larger and a lot smoother then the stock o2 housing. The o2 will bolt up to most aftermarket downpipes, we have tested fitted with the RMR, SP, and Helix.

Do you have any dimensions for the i.d. of the ex outlet diameter?

Wouldn't there be problems with that as it tapers down to the stock outlet diameter (as you earlier quoted the OEM donut gasket is retained)? Example being a gutted out cat-converter. Seems going from the turbine housing to a larger "area" then necking back down would be a source of turbulence and lack of flow.
