ARVSHOP, for your info that HKS racing suction intake retail about $300 more or less, if you arent planning to buy that, dont waste the vendor time to even reply to you with your lame offer...
if you dont have money to mods your evo, then sell the evo and go buy some civic, i heard intake for civic you can get like $50. then you'll save $100 in that case...no offense though but cmon dude, give 500whp break with all that cheap offer of yours.
