I have a metal one now, its no big deal, just takes a few minutes to cool down. I always warm up the car before i drive anyway.

Yeah I've never had an issue getting in the car and going with this knob. The interior picture is our shop car, and it's always been fine in the summer.

What year? 5-speed or 6-speed? I can look it up for you. If it is a threaded knob, it will most likely fit.
