Very long week, we are packed with customer parts at the moment.

Just completed this beautiful valve cover for Toxic Fabrication. This is a custom TCC shaved Evo 9 valve cover in candy red, which has also been custom tapped by Toxic Fabrication:

Very first set of calipers we powder coated back in Aug 2009, here is a current picture provided by our customer. We have just recently started coating the bolt ends. As you can see, the powder coating/decal has been holding up excellent!

Yes, magnesium valve covers tend to outgas more than aluminum valve covers. We take precautions to try and prevent this from happening but it does happen. Some valve covers outgas pretty bad, some don't at all, and some just in certain places. Alot of the time we will strip the valve cover and redo the coating if it's very bad. Of course, if the customer is in a rush there is very little we can do as the stripping and prep process takes about 2-3 days alone.
