If so, do the stock brackets line up with the holes on this deck?

 

I'm not sure about that. but I use to have the same deck in my civic. that thing is the ultimate cd player if you wanna fine tune your stereo. to bad I had no clue how to do it. I just wanted it because I had it mounted down in the lower cubby hole of the car and it looked really nice. It took a little bit to get use to, but after a little while I could get it to produce some pretty quality sound. good luck.
