.... so you bought red. hahaha.... Red is just as bad. I have never had a ticket before and as soon as I got my evo I got a speeding ticket and an exessive acceleration ticket last week. I've only had it for about a month 1/2.

good luck spoolingevo I know your gonna love the car.

Very nice. As for color... either way an STI or an Evo would be a great car...both cars have quite a lot of potential... you wouldnt have gone wrong if you chose the STi and you surely didnt go wrong with the Evo

[QUOTE=spoolingEVOx] anyone know if the evo could accept VR CE28n's in 18"X9.0" without any rubbing?
QUOTE]

Only if you put 235/40/18 or 245/35/18

but my ideal size is 245/40/18 running these on a 9" will cause rubbing.

Yea red is pretty bad too, but not as bad. You can spot a yellow evo a mile away. Well any yellow car for that matter.

thanks for the wheel/tire advice and all the great compliments. i definitely know that i made the right choice, i have no regrets whatsoever. im loving the leather and im loving the color.

i cant wait to start putting some money into her. im going to start by having a complete viper alarm system with interior motion sensor installed within a week or two.

im trying to order a bunch of interior/exterior trimmings (stainless pedals/dead pedal, UK-Spec EVO VIII badging, redline shift/e-brake boots, shift knob, etc) to set me apart a bit until i can move fourth with the semi-major mods i have planned for her in the near future. i promise to keep everyone posted.
