i've seen a civic hatcback with evo engine. 12secs in a 1/4 mile. but not sure. it's crazy.

honda hatch backs are quick despite what aznflip2o6 says, even though the majority of the crowd is telling him he's wrong, i think hes just arguing for the sake not wanting to admit hes obviously wrong.

the wieght on those cars are very very very light, a NA civic with a B16 engine, gutted, with one racing seat inside pushing barely 200hp beat my friends Pontiac GTP which is a supercharged V6 with 240hp and 280trq, and its gotta weigh a ton, going down the strett my friends electronic boost gauge was at its max and the honda just kept going

Im not sure how much trq the honda was pushing, but due to it being a honda you know know it wasnt much, but it defiently showed me that wieght is a powerful weapon

 

my cousin has a 93 Hatch with a b18c5, hes fast

 

whatever u say ppl... this is actually evom... mitsubishi.. join honda tech forums or something...and just talk about honda all day long... my point is... honda civic arent meant for racing they are not race car.....like regular lancer..thats why my car is for show.. not for go...

 

and i understand that they go pretty fast if they are fully modded....but whats the point having civic with 600hp??? unless they are made for racing..but they are not.. get my point

well actually, you should go to sti or honda crap forums, this is mitsubishi Lancer/Evo forums... plus lancer and evo are same car..just more features, performance and look.

 

well actually there are some around...for example RRM Turbo Lancer is running 12s. The thing is...no matter how how fast is your civic hatch brownie and running 12s, 11s, 10s, u say it.... i wouldnt call a racing car. It's just another dumb civic who wants to be a super car. Civics will nevre be a "racing car" cuz its just another economy car. Well at least, me and other lancer owners admit that our car arent meant for racing and its a slow car. Well if you're trying to have a race car. Why just buy a car like an evo, or yeah, like you havin sti and so on.....and if civics are meant for racing, ill be amazed, but it isnt. One more thing, I NEVER said my lancer OR any other lancers out there are fast and capable of alot of things.
