I did the 4 coats of gunmetal in the span of 2-3 hours on saturday..let everything dry overnight and did the clear today..I didn't get started till like 4pm otherwise I probably could have done the whole thing in a day.

I used 4 cans of duplicolor wheel spraypaint, gunmetal color, put 4 coats on each wheel of that. 2 cans of duplicolor clear coat, 3 coats of that. $4.50/can

Didn't take tires off no. I masked everything off with masking tape. Cleaned rims with soap and water, then with simple green.

For stock rims they are definitely looking the part. Nice finish for a rattle can too. Best wishes getting that paint to stay stuck to the clearcoat for the long run.

Might want to have your balance checked out now. The paint might throw your weights off and cause uneven wear.

Looks nice, but you should have taken the wheel weights off and had tape weights put on because once you rebalance, they will pull the outside weight and you will need to repaint the void spot.
