Graphite Stockies on my Tarmac

enjoy

4 coats of duplicolor graphite with 4 coats of clear

looks glossy, shiny and a bit lighter in the light

without light, it looks very gunmetal

enjoy

I like it - like that matte finish I'd probably go a few shades darker, but that's just my personal opinion

people can think that, that's fine...

i keep my car tip top clean, so when anyone sees my car shining, they'll figure it may not be brake dust...

think what you like...

1000 grit sand paper - 1.99
200 grit sand paper - 1.99
2 cans of graphite duplicolor wheel paint - 9.96
2 cans of clear duplicolor wheel paint - 9.96

wet sand w/ 200 grit - 15 min
sand w/ 1000 grit - 15 min
wash/dry - 5 min
spray 4 coats of graphite - 1 hour
spray 4 coats of clear - 1 hour

i did two wheels at a time, so it took me about 5 hours to do everything.
