i hang out with a bunch of DTM guys and although the majority of them know what the evo is, a few of them have called my car a "riced out 4-door civic" or a "wrx wannabe". haha. btw, i kept all the mitsu emblems and i have the UK badges on th back. i don't mind, though, 'cause at the end of the day, I'm still driving home in my evo.

I've gotten the WRX line a couple times. Usually I hear "Is that a WRX" or "Nice Subaru". I'm considering getting the license plate "SUBRWHO"

 

I've gotten the: my buddies got a car like yours! Blue- big wing- has that differential adjuster thingy....ummmm ok.
Mostly have gotten (Dirty) old men at the gas station I like to stop at ask what it is and " what's that thing on your trunk for?" questions.
Kid that works at this stations sports a chubby everytime I pull in for gas....jeez, but at least he hasn't called it a Scooby yet.

 

At the drag strip in Rural Maryland a couple of weeks ago, the announcer kept calling Evos "Neons"...

oh my god i think i just had a heart attack man.....geez that has got to be one of the nicest evo's i have ever seen honestly that front and the hood are jus amazing....so is the trunk where did u get your trunk and hood at??

I got one for you guys, the other night a saw a WRX with the lisence plate EVO THIS, the car was parked ( i was tempted to sit there till he came out and slap him but i realized i had a life,LOL)

ak1....your car looks awesome. If I had the money mine would look the same. I have wanted that Gialla hood and gialla bumper since the first day I saw it. And it just confirms that I want it that much more. the hood and bumper look awesome together. Expensive though.

How much did you pay for both together??? Like $2500???

Thanks Smokey! Appreciate the comments. The hood and bumper were kinda expensive in comparison to alot of the other kits but I think it's definitely worth the money.

For those asking, the hood and front bumper are from Gialla and the trunk is a VIS CF trunk.

Also, I might be selling my car once it's finished and I'm ready to move on to my next project. I will post in the appropriate forums though when the time comes.
