Well Mr. "I'm a big employee and too busy to take 2 minutes out of my day to figure something out on my own", I am quite busy myself as a full time college student and I had hours of class and homework to do, but I still managed to email someone during that stressful time. If you emailed vivid and other vendors, WHY DIDN'T YOU EMAIL VARIS LIKE I TOLD YOU TO AND ASK THEM SINCE THEY BUILT THE DAMN CAR!!

The problem is solved anyway, Varis said the sidemarkers were OEM mitsubishi, can't you guys read? Go to the mitsu part site or some company who can get OEM japanese mitsubishi parts and get the damn lights and leave everyone alone.

if you are really looking for the JDM amber turn signals then find a place that sells evo5 OEM parts...its the only model evo that came with amber tear drop shaped side markers. Unless you have a connection in Taiwan, Singapore or Philippines you wont find the real JDM lenses for cheap. I'm sure you can look around and find some website that sells pre-tinted amber turn signals for cheap though.

but honestly...whats the difference? you can even tell the difference between OEM pieces or the tinted/aftermarket pieces.

Ya know, Evo's are awesome but sometimes their owners need a reality check to see that their car is not God and somewhere, there is a BMW or Mercedes owner calling your car rice. Maybe we should label them as bratwurst.
I completely agree. The evo is cool, but overall its a fast JUNKER. There is nothing luxury about it, or nice for that matter...its fast and handles like a go kart. I loved my Si, might not have been fast but the build quality was fantastic and that B16 engine revved like a formula 1 car!

**** the haters.

whats wrong with ROTAS? just because they copy designs off other companies? other than that whats wrong with them? If its quality its quality...just because its not made in japan doesn't mean its not quality...i can name a bunch of stuff i own thats made in japan and the US and are crap products and paying out of your *** to get brand name rims isn't bad but its like spending 500 dollars on a GUCCI purse when you can go to downtown and pick up an exact copy of the same purse and still last and look as good as the real deal. Its just a brand name. JDM blah blah blah...not every JDM product for our cars are good products its just a fad.

keep in mind even the biggest and most popular companies [VOLK/RAYS/GRAM LIGHTS/OZ/REGA MASTER/BBS etc.] copy off other companies.

i rather spend 800 for a good set of light weight rims and good tires as a whole then spend almost 2k for a set of rare VOLKS and crap tires or 3k for a set of volks and good tires.

and then when you go and hit a curb and scratch up/bend your rim[s] lets see you go and pay for another huge gapping hole in your *** for another set and while your waiting for your brand name rims for a month because they are in back order i'll have my set of Rotas that i can easily replace and not have to eat ramen noodles for a month just so i can afford another set of Volks to bash up at the tracks.

yeah it is being cheap. True. but i rather waste my money on add on go faster/handle better parts than waste it on replacing curbed rims just to keep my car looking good.

and you're bashing on Rota because they are cheaper than the real deal product? thats all? Rota's are proven to be great durable and light weight rims the fact that they are cheaper doesn't mean they are crap products.

i used rota for an example, but maybe i should have went with Konig or Velox, Rota's wheels are not crap, but they are 100% knockoffs. As for curbing your rims, i've never curbed one so i'm not worried about that...i know how to drive and judge distances. But if i did ever curb one, i would either have it fixed right away or order a new wheel, no biggie.
