Prototype NIN splitter/ lip / canard combo...
Fresh out of the mold: It is strong enough to stand on!


Finished prep/fill of the lip and shot 2 coats of primer yesterday. Sanded it nice and smooth and started with the base coat.
Here are a couple of shots in factory red base coat before I shoot the clear:


Base came out pretty nice with only a little color sanding...

Very nice. I can't wait to see what it looks like cleared and installed. BTW, are you clearing it outside? You may get a nasty amount of dust/dirt nubs, but it must be nice to be able to do any kind of work outside this time of year. Good luck.
