Looks like Mitsu is finally taking tips from the aftermarket. The Gialla front aids air flow greatly over the stock Evo VIII bumper.

I wonder if the IX is going to come to the U.S. with those wheel gaps, or if it's been lowered with Ralliart coilovers.

I would assume the exhaust as well as the rest of the "added" parts of this car is by Ralliart. So imagine ALOT of money for the parts....

Those wheels look so damn good though!

you can get a chargespeed rear bumper.. it looks something like that i dont thinkthe diffusers are functional though. Or you can get the Vishnu rear diffusers and put them under your stock bumper

that front lip is so gorgeous

and i don't know if the front bumper would fit directly onto an 8; i thought the fenders were revised for the 9?

dammit i don't want to trade my 8... must start saving!

I literally just got my evo 03 out of the shop and I was talking to the mechanic for a moment afterwards. He said he definatly would trade up to the evo nine. the all wheel drive platform on that car he said is the best. he like the way the six speed is put to gether also. It is mechanically better than the five. virtually no issues and he said can handle more power. Ill be buying a evo9 and keep my 8 as a daily driver for sure.

Fools.

Work on your 8's. Love and cherish your 8's. IMO every rev. past 7 is further away from a factory rally car.

Eventually the usdm EVO line will be an S4 type of car so Mitsu can make some $ and sell them to people besides us freaks on this board.
