Question AVT Splitter; new length?

Sorry for raising a dead post but how far out would you think they should be? AVT splitters are rather long and were designed for racing; to optimize front downforce, etc. But if you're willing to give up function for looks we can certainly shorten it. Let me know, I'm interested in any ideas.

Thanks guys,

John

Here's a pic of our current Racing Splitter....

Given the feedback, we'll shorten it and I'll post pictures when we complete it. It'll look more like what you guys want but we'll still offer both because the short version will be less functional.

Thanks for the input.

Did you end up shortening it John? I had one, but in a recent off road excursion, I turned it into scrap metal...

Very sorry about your EVO! We actually never shortened it - 99% of our customers want it for track day and need pure function (ie, greatest downforce w/ high pressure in front of the IC).

With that said, we can certainly work with you to shorten it an inch or so. I'll send you a PM...

John

Thank You

You guys at Autovation did a great job manufacturing a shorter lip!!!

I highly suggest those of you that are looking for a functional splitter consider this.
