Anyone have a splitter mounted to the chassis rather than the bumper cover?

If it isn't proprietary, I'd love to see pictures of the mounting set-up. I assume this is a one-off piece?

The APR grabs the lower engine support and ties it to the chassis. I'm stretching my APR out the back with aluminum sheet to extend the flat surface under the car all the way to the bracing at the end of the downpipe.

nils setup is definitely one of the most effective splitters I have seen on an evo.

Okay Nils...where are the d*mn pictures?

Has anyone felt a difference on track with the APR splitter, since it seems to be the most cost effective solution?

I'd really like to make one though. Wish there were more Evo DIY folk on corner-carvers...

I want competition associates to make the one they have on their SGT car.
Oh and Robis 3D splitter is pretty sick.
I have a few ideas that haven't been done on evos but has been done on other chassis.

Does he have a business or sell them?

I'd hate to be a pedestrian hit by one of those metal splitters -- goodbye foot!

haha nah, does it out of his garage. Bunch of suby/evo guys just buy them from him. Just a lil extra cash on the side for him I guess

Here's one that my buddy Joe Simms made too. Reinforced so well, you can stand on the splitter and the whole car will tilt haha. (aluminum rods like crazy behind and below the bumper)
