Hi guys I Finally did my Full Carbon Fiber wing last weekend. I have to say it was a ***** of a job but was cheap and well worth it...... Tell me what you guys think.














again I really have to thank Evom and the creator of the How-to-post on how to do this yourself. Although I did not have the pit problem that he mention and I did not have to use a Sharpie, which was the only part that scared me, but come to find out I did not even have to do it. Just was carful when I sanded....o yeah I choose to hand sand instead of the power sander. The response on this has been enormous and everyone likes it..........

 

great job. just be careful. some evo owners had their wing stolen because of the carbon fiber piece, just think about yours, full carbon fiber wing, not just the middle piece

damnnnnnnnn that **** lookz tyte man...i think the other guy who did it messed up on the clear coat or sumthin n it waz cracked (not broeken cracked...but like visible cracks)...he was selling it...hope urs duznt...but yea great job.

Obviously not in the Evo field for long... the whole wing is carbon fiber, the sides are just painted... anyone who steals an all carbon fiber looking one is a dumbass and should be shot, they're all all carbon fiber except the fiberglass ones that are cheaper, this guy sanded it down and clear coated it, that's all, I'm sure it was a lot harder than just that, but that's basically how it works... and if you did already know that, I'm sorry for "flaming" you, like, if you meant now it looks more valuable to steal (they're still morons, people paint things to look like cf all the time, or put stickers on them)
