the holes have a purpose
your question is the same as trying to find an evo that has no turbo
why are you trying to find a hood with no hole?

The only one I know is the Evo 7 GTA hood. The 7 GTA is auto with 250 hp.
It does not have vents on the sides of the front bumper or the vents in the hood. But, the 7 GTA hood does not come to a point like the 8 hood, so it will not match up with the 8 bumper triangle.

Are you trying to get rid of the holes cause you dislike the cosmetic look of the hood and how it compliments the car? Just keep the holes there, it can get very hot in the engine bay under spirited driving conditions.

I'm not too sure but won't the Lancer ES hood from 04 fit it? cause they have the same nose and grill style. I know the Evo VII that matches the 03 Lancer ES fits perfect. But wihout the vents there be an immaculate amount of heat....If you want though you can take an aluminum duct tube thing(shiny) from home depot. Mount it behind your passenger side fender and route it up to behind the headlight so you can get a little bit of cold air into your engine bay. works on ES,LS,OZ...not too sure about Evo engine bay setup though. It might work

I can understand that you must have a reason for not wanting a vented hood, but I owned a first gen Talon Tsi and the underhood temperatures were pretty damn hot! I welcome that vent in our Evos for the heat dissapation it provides us.
