yeah, i thought they were SSR Comps (what size?) and the bumper looks so much like the IX except for the sides by the wheel well...

i really think i might do that. looks good!!! Are they clearcoated or anything? Can you take a close-up shot?

i'll probably just do it myself. but i'm thinking this may be a bad idea since i recently waxed each wheel... paint might not stick very well.

obviously when you paint or powercoat, wax is removed (easily)....

so how would I go about removing the wax before i did this?

gotta make sure to get it all, don't want little spots coming off because i missed some waxed part.

No they are not clearcoated. I just had them sandblasted to remove all of the factory finish, then powdercoated. The type of powdercoat that I used did not require a coat of clearcoat to be applied. Ill try and take some close up pictures sometime this weekend and get them up for ya.
