Are the holes for the allen key bolts pre-drilled in the heat shield?

Syrihl,

The holes for the allen key bolts must be drilled by yourself using a 4mm drill bit. This gives you an option to use other methods of mounting the heat shield such as using rivets instead of the allen key. Or maybe you want a cleaner look and just want to use double sided tape (but we still suggest mounting the bottom allen key bolts below the heat sheild to make it more secure). We'll have some instructions on how to mount the heat shield up soon.

Just paint the bolts!

I installed mine this past weekend, and it fit great! It took all of 15-20 minutes to install correctly, and that includes the time it took me to paint the bolts.

Looks great!
