crap i just got a seibon ts-II. BUT i did buy this stuff to hopefully prevent cracking

from summit racing.. Its made by THERMOTEC for underhoods/firewalls/tranny tunnels/etc. Its supposed to reflect the heat very well. also got hi-temp adhesive spray. Hopefully this will "reflect" the heat rather then have my nice new seibon soak it up

I just noticed mine the other day to. However I don't think mine is the top coat that is cracking. It looks like the fibeglass and c/f underneath....or faux C/F what ever it is. i have about 9 small cracks right by the vent......and one is about 7 inches long.......and I DO keep mine in a garage. But it's okay. I 'll just start saving for a new one.

WHat do you do??

ya, the ts-II hood suxs. Mine is cracked all to hel.Went to some paint/body shops to see if i could get it sanded and recleared but no one will touch it.
