y would you get an mr emblem? its like putting a vtec sticker when you dont got vtec.

That's true. But the only things missing on becoming a MR is the BBS wheels, 6-speed trans, Blisten shocks. I bought the evo 8 to make it a MR at less cost than buying one LOL.

The 05 evo came with the aluminum roof and hood.

for reals... loose the MR badge. it makes no sense trying to covert a grs to a MR. you should have purchase the MR in the 1st place. ehhhh... whatever floats your boat.
