somehow the carbon fiber part got "eaten up" to the fiber so it was too late to reclear it. So the paint guy decided to paint only the top part yellow

 

Well, it is different. I may have to do that to my wing.

I'm actually waiting for somebody to make a lip wing like the trd spoiler on lexus is, anybody willing to make one

 

My buddies TB **** was screwed too, so he had the shop paint the whole thing. I wish he would have only painted the center piece like you did, it's hot.

 

you guys dont have to, just sand it down till the cf, and get a clear coat on it... i did it already and its okay now.

My friend and I have been thinking about that. My roommate has an IS300. I wanted to take it off and put on my trunk to see what it looks like at least. But I don't think he'll appreciate it. But if anyone has done this or has any pics of it. I would like to see what it looks like.
