Anyone w/ C-west front bumper and side skirt with Evo9 rear bumper combo?

Does this combo flow well as far as the lines? Doesn't look out of place?

it's sized at 17" x 9 +15.... dont ask me how come its +15 as RAYS only make +12, but his is +15... well that is whats written on the tag.
